The second priority addresses the processes and their effects on the feed and food quality.

RO 2 addresses the established technologies and manufacturing processes for the feed and food production and their effects on the nutritional quality of the products in the countries from the Danube region.

Also, traditional methods are re-evaluated. This can have a significant impact on the nutritional properties of the manufactured products.

There are questions including the nutrient composition of the peculiarities of regional products and other nutritionally relevant features.
